Walsh Whiskey has announced the release of new additions to The Irishman’s range of Irish single malt whiskey, featuring a new bottle design.

Walsh Whiskey has appointed six new distributors in Eastern Europe in a bid to capitalise upon strong growth in the region.

The directors of Walsh Whiskey Distillery have decided to split the business by separating the Irish whiskeys brands Writers’ Tears and The Irishman from the distillery business at Royal Oak, in Ireland’s County Carlow.

Walsh Whiskey has released a  Writers Tears ‘Copper Pot’ mini-book giftpack.

A new €25 million distillery with a capacity of 2.5m litres of pure alcohol (LPA’s) or 8m bottles/650,000 cases, has been officially opened in County Carlow, Ireland.
